Getting out of a process of stagnation with a feeling of victory, and motivated to direct our destiny with self-sufficiency, is an arduous process that requires great mental power to achieve it.

Throughout a quite marked stage since 2020, there is a particular issue that is evident in multiple aspects of human behavior that has been drawing my attention when observing social interactions, evaluating of course how the unconscious manifests itself leaving its mark. in each act, doing this exercise both in my close circle, in the public sphere, and in digital environments.
This issue is related to stagnation, that apparently sterile process that gives us the sensation of walking in circles, always stumbling upon the same circumstances, without any novelty that represents an opportunity to refresh or renew our life experience, that much advertised "next level".
Celebrating the achievement involves a previous process that is usually exhausting, extensive, and challenging, where there is no option to let yourself be defeated.
From the most fundamental situations in life, the fact of satisfying our appetite every morning or gaining access to important information for our growth, are already achievements that are part of our most basic habits, and that make us feel alive and in harmony. We all want to celebrate a common aspect: the materialization of our desires, ideas, projects, no matter how small or simple they may seem.

Frustration is generally a product of being immersed in mental confusion, in bondage with indecision.
Making a simple desire or a complex project materialize are not situations that can be achieved starting from similar conditions, since each projection has its degrees of difficulty, minimum or maximum. In the business world, this must be understood with complete temper, because creating, developing and maintaining businesses requires exceptional verve, where countless resources, above monetary ones, are at stake.
Celebrating the achievement involves a previous process that is usually exhausting, extensive, and challenging, where there is no option to let yourself be defeated. Of course, the most prudent way to put ourselves in a position of supreme strength is to do justice to ourselves and our development process as business creators: balancing the scales must be the main self-acquired obligation, because no one will do the task for ourselves.
To develop this balancing process, regarding the factors involved in our ambitious adventure, we must build the balance, we must build everything from scratch, so as not to have to depend on external points of view when making our own decisions.

Evaluating our resources, tangible and intangible, prompts us to find mental clarity.
No one else is going to have the point of view that we have, because, as leaders of our initiative, we are the ones who have the authentic vision of what we want to achieve. This does not mean that we leave aside the possibility of building a team to strengthen our leadership, on the contrary, developing our team is a very important step, but it is crucial to emotionally prepare ourselves to judiciously choose the right individuals to make up our team.
When we manage our emotions we must be careful to move them authentically, giving top place to our priorities, guiding ourselves wisely, building criteria that feed our autonomous strength.
To build this Self-Sufficiency Scales, I propose to carry out the process in a unique, authentic, and multiple-purpose way. On one side of the scale, let's place the assets that we have at our disposal, adding a list of the assets that we want to materialize. On this side of the scale, I propose that we manage as if it were the left hemisphere of the brain.

Getting anxious about monetary scarcity or lack distracts our attention from the essential issues to move forward.
On the other side of the scale, let's place all the aspects that are closely related to our decision-making, this involves planning, strategy, our way of using presence, the values that move us to make certain decisions, every factor that energizes our decision-making power to act without hesitation, advancing with courage and vigor; on this side of the scale, I propose that we manage it like the right hemisphere of the brain.
Managing the area of resources with rational observation is equivalent to managing our wealth, tangible and intangible. In this way, when we manage our emotions we must be careful to move them authentically, giving top place to our priorities, guiding ourselves wisely, building criteria that feed our autonomous strength. Shaping this side of the scale helps us give the correct value to all our resources, to bet with vehemence and self-confidence, leading self-managed security so that our position is respected and to transparently value the resources of individuals who we relate to.
When we manage the decision pole with creative observation and plasticity, we nourish our abilities to relate, but above all, to bond without our decision-making power being affected in a harmful way, and in the same way, harmoniously affecting the decisions of those who we connect with.
The Self-Sufficiency Scales moves us out from stagnation, puts us on the road to evaluate which aspects of our life provide us real value.
Evidently, this is about carrying our values high and with dynamic frontality, acting in a fair and equitable way, finding the weaknesses in our behavior and in our relationships, to raise them with high energy, to convert those weaknesses into strengths, which in some way generate assets that enrich our commercial agreements.
This process has its complexity, but nothing of high value is obtained with ease or apparent shortcuts. Appearances do not intervene here, because every castle that remains firm and lasts over time is built on solid, safe, reliable ground.

When we decide to organize our lives, we nurture our abilities to build self-confidence.
The Self-Sufficiency Scales moves us out from stagnation, puts us on the road to evaluate which aspects of our life provide us real value, to discard that which no longer are part of our growth. What has an expiration date must be retired immediately, because there are many opportunities in sight that are there longing to take shape through our power of initiative.
Getting out of a process of stagnation with a feeling of victory, and motivated to direct our destiny with self-sufficiency, is an arduous process that requires great mental power to achieve it, since it depends on our capacity for observation to put our life in order, removing everything that no longer corresponds to our interests.
